We source all our ingredients from local suppliers as we know that fresh ingredients are what makes delicious food. We’re based in Selmeston, East Sussex and our meat comes from an independent farm shop in Vines Cross, a fishmonger in the seaside town of Eastbourne provides all our fish and shell fish, and our fruit and veg is supplied by a local grocer in Hailsham.

I love the outdoors and having grown up on a farm, spending time with the animals and learning the importance of fresh produce, my interest in food soon flourished. I quickly realised the power great food has for bringing people together and creating memorable occasions and special moments. With this understanding I knew food was going to be a never ending passion and here I am today, doing what I love.
In 2006, I embarked on my first catering job as a chalet cook in Val D’Isere, France and it was an invaluable learning experience and spurred me on to gain my qualifications. My professional training took place at Westminster Catering College, London and since then I have undertaken various projects from private functions and events to working as a Guest Head Chef to spending five weeks in Russia as the Head Cook in a luxury fishing lodge.
